M&M Cruz Foundation, Inc. is formed is to establish, operate, and maintain a non-stock, non-profit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged, abandoned, neglected, and orphaned children through education, shelter, healthcare, and community development programs, and to do all acts necessary or incidental to the achievement of this purpose.
